Most orders will be sent Federal Express Ground however, we also ship USPS and UPS Ground. If an order is expedited, you will be charged a higher shipping rate. We will send a tracking confirmation once the item has been shipped. This will serve as proof that the order has been shipped.
Return Policy
Any and all returns must be authorized by the manufacturer. Please contact us to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The manufacturer shall accept no returns without prior authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. The manufacturer recommends the use of one of their approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments. Return Authorization Numbers are good for a period of fifteen days. Returns must be received by the manufacturer within the Return Authorization return period. Return Authorization Numbers will only be issued within 30 days from the original invoice date. Unopened product may or may not be returned for a full product refund or exchange at the manufacturer's sole discretion, with a valid Return Authorization Number. Opened products may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid Return Authorization Number and ALL original packaging included. Please allow 60-90 days for processing of return.

- Return Authorization Number (Clearly marked on outside of package)
- Company from which product was purchased
- Price paid for product and shipping
- Reason for return
After the manufacturer has received the product, they will review the condition and circumstances and issue credit accordingly.
